摘要
通过对工业生产中所制得的粗山梨酸中加入无水乙醇,在助溶剂的帮助下,高温溶解后,再进一步降温结晶,从而使粗山梨酸中携带的焦油全部溶解在乙醇中,不随山梨酸结晶,达到纯化的目的,得到含量不低于99.8%的山梨酸成品。
The mixture of anhydrous alcohol and coarse sorbic acid, under the help of latent solvent, were dissolved at high temperature first, then cooled to crystal. It was found that the gross tar of coarse sorbic acid was dissolved into the alcohol, and it did not crystal with corbic acid. Use this method, the final productive sorbic acid was obtained whose purity can over 99.8 %.
