Determination of zilpaterol,mabuterol,bambuterol and mapenterol in liver of pig and pork with HPLC-MS/MS

摘要 建立了以液相色谱串联四极杆质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)检测猪肝猪肉中齐帕特罗、马布特罗、班布特罗、马贲特罗的分析方法。样品经MCX柱净化浓缩后,用C18液相色谱柱分离,通过电喷雾(ESI)离子源电离,多反应监测(MRM)作定性和定量分析。在0.25~50μg/L的范围内线性良好(r>0.999)。在0.5、4.0、10μg/kg添加水平下,回收率为70.5%~91.9%,相对标准偏差为3.7%~7.4%。方法检测限(S/N=5)可达0.5μg/kg。 The HPLC-MS/MS method was presented to analyze zilpaterol, mabuterol, bambuterol and mapenterol in liver of pig and pork. The sample was purified and concentrated by MCX column, chromatographic conditions included a C18 column. Qualitative and quantitative analysis which ionized by electrospray ionization interface(ESI) were carried on through MRM mode. There was a good linear correlation in the range of 0.25-50 μg/L (r〉0.999).The recoveries ranged from 70.5% to 91.9% At the add concentration level of 0.5, 4.0,10 μg/kg, the RSD were between 3.7% and 7.4%.hs limit of detection reached 0.5 μg/kg.
