摘要
针对目前国内班布特罗合成收率较低的情况,提出一条新的合成路线.以3,5二羟基苯乙酮为起始原料,经酯化→溴代→胺化→还原4步反应合成了班布特罗,各步反应简单,条件温和,总收率60.80%,是迄今为止成本最低的工艺之一,为工业生产提供了较佳的合成路线.
To improve the synthesis of Bambuterol hydrochloride, Bambuterol hydrochloride was synthesized from 3,5-dihydroxyacetophenone via four steps, esterification, bromination, amination and reduction. The overall yield of 60. 80% was two times higher than that of reported previously. The reaction conditions were mild and the processes were straight forward. A better industrial way for synthesis of Bambuterol hydrochloride is obtained.
