摘要
目的为稳定护理队伍,减少护理人力资源流失,达到确保护理质量。方法通过对流失的护理人员66名,整体抽样,进行回顾性调查分析。结果经整理资料,采用计数统计分析表明护理人员流失与护士工作满意度、个人特征、组织特征、职业疲溃与职业环境等有关。结论通过科学的人才管理和重视人才培养,充分发挥各类人员作用,合理使用人力资源,预防职业疲溃从而减少护理人力资源流失。
Objective To stabilize the nurses resources and reduce the nursing staffs losing, and to ensure the quality of nursing. Methods Through investigating 66 cases losing nurses of nearly four years in our hospital, a retrospective analysis was carried out. Results The nursing staffs losing was related to nurse job satisfaction, personal characteristics, organizational characteristics, occupational burnout and career - related environment. Conclusions The managers must have the heart of job and good at grasping the essential character of human resources, to create a good professional environment through scientific importance of talent management and personnel training, and give full play to the role of all categories of personnel, the rational use of human resources. The prevention of occupational burnout can not be ignored.
