摘要
2009年以来,武钢5号高炉在强化冶炼过程中,通过采取上下部调剂、精料、稳定合理的操作炉型等有效手段,生产指标不断优化,2009年2月份月利用系数达3.106t/(m3.d),全月有11天日产量在10000t以上,日产月产双双打破同类型大型高炉国内国际历史记录。
Since 2009 the production indicators of the No.5 BF of WISCO have been increasingly optimized by adoption of a series effective measures such as top and bottom readjustments, use of concentrate and operation of the furnace stably and appropriately in the process of intensification of smelting. In Feb. 2009 the utilization coefficient of the BF reached 3.106 t/ （m3·d） and in the whole month for 11 days the daily output exceeded 10 000 t and both daily output and monthly output broke the national and international records of the large BF of the similar type.
