摘要 对宝钢3号高炉低硅低硫冶炼生产实践进行了总结分析。宝钢3号高炉通过调整布料挡位、优化煤气流分布、稳定炉体热负荷,确保炉况稳定顺行,使煤气利用率稳步提高;并通过优化炉料结构、稳定高喷煤比、控制风口反应温度、高顶压、优化炉渣性能等措施,使铁水含[Si]量稳步下降并稳定在0.30%以下,月均最低达到0.23%,同时铁水含[S]量控制在0.020%左右。 By means of adjusting burden distribution, optimizing gas distribution and stabilizing shaft heat load, smooth and stable operation condition with high gas utilization has been obtained. The measures such as improving burden composition, raising PCI rate and productivity, decreasing coke rate and optimizing slag composition, lead to a steady decline in silicon content in hot metal, which has been stabilized less than 0.30%. The lowest monthly average silicon content has reached 0.23%. At the same time, the sulfur content in hot metal is controlled at 0. 020% or so. Low silicon and sulfur hot metal smelting can not only improve the iron quality, but also bring about more benefit of coke saving and production increasing.
