摘要
运用1999—2007年高技术产业三位码行业面板数据,本文在测算各行业R&D资本存量的基础上,着重分析了所有制结构、市场势力及出口导向程度等因素对该行业技术创新效率的影响。结果显示,R&D要素投入对该产业技术创新效率提高具有基础性促进作用。外资产权比例上升有助于行业整体技术创新效率的提高,但对内资企业技术创新效率甚至出现负向影响趋势,内外资企业R&D强度普遍差距较大是造成这种异质性溢出效应的本质原因。
Based on measuring the R&D Stock,this paper analyzes the impact of the ownership structure,market power and export-led effect on the efficiency of technological innovation by the panel data of high-tech industries.The results indicate that the input of R&D elements is basic way to promote the efficiency of technological innovation of the industry,the increase of foreign property has positive effect on the technological innovation of the whole industry,but has negative effect on the independent technological innovation of the domestic enterprises,the wide gap of R&D intensity between foreign and domestic enterprises is the main reason of the different spillovers effect.
