摘要
TEAMS软件中的D-矩阵只能对模块定义一种功能故障,与实际情况不符,从而易导致错误的诊断结论;为克服TEAMS软件建模中D-矩阵信息的不足,提出了一种扩展的D-矩阵,较好地反映了装备的属性,解决了D-矩阵功能故障定义中信号失效易混淆的问题;给出了测试性指标的计算方法,分析了扩展D-矩阵测试性指标略有下降的原因;最后对两种D-矩阵生成的故障诊断树进行了对比,实例证明在功能故障部分信号失效的情况下,扩展D-矩阵可得出正确的诊断结论。
D-matrix of TEAMS just can define one kind of functional failure to module, which is unrealistic and will lead to a false analyzing conclusion. In order to cover the shortage of D-matrix information in TEAMS model construction, advanced D-matrix is proposed, reflecting the nature of Equipment and solving the problem that could cause confusion in signal invalidation of D-matrix fault definition. Calculation method of testability index is given, and the reason for drop of advanced D-matrix' s testability index is analyzed. Comparison of diagnosis trees generated from two kinds of D-matrix is made last, application shows advanced D-matrix can produce a correct conclusion on the condition that some part of signal invalid and other normal.
