论述了情景分析法的产生和发展及其基本理论,在此基础上构建了情景分析模型,结合目前乳制品行业发展所面临的困境,从情景分析法的角度探讨了其未来发展的趋势和对策。
This paper discusses the generation and development of scenario analysis and its basic theories, and based on this, builds the scenario analysis model, and connecting with the difficult position faced by the current development of dairy industry, probes into the future development tendency of dairy industry and countermeasures from the angle of scenario analysis.
