摘要
从结构简单,元件少,腔长短,制作方便的角度出发,提出了一种设计大基模、稳功率固体激光器的方法。从原理上论述了提出该设计的依据。基本出发点是控制激光谐振腔的有效g参数,使g1g2趋近于1,以获取大的基模束腰半径和稳定工作模式。按照该设计原理制作了一台Nd∶YAG基模稳功率连续激光器。输出功率:0.3W~2W,连续可调,功率稳定度:±2%。并已用于测试仪器作光源。
Starting from the point of view of simple constitution,less element,cavity length and convenient manufacturing,a design method for large basic mode solid state laser with stabilized output power is put forward in the paper.The design basis is briefly described in principle.Its basic point of view is to control the effective parameter g of the laser resonant cavity and let g1g2 approximate 1,thus a large beam waist radius and a stable operating mode can be achieved.A basic mode continuous wave Nd∶YAG laser with stabilized output power is designed according to the principle.The laser output power within the range of 0.3W^2W can be adjusted continuously and the power stability is ±2%.The laser has been used as the light source of a measuring instrument.
