摘要
描述了一种坐标测量的新方法——ＣＣＤ交汇测量。文章介绍了ＣＣＤ交汇测量的原理，推导了坐标计算公式。为了得到较高的捕获率，提出了采用多个线阵ＣＣＤ组成交汇光靶的方案。
A novel coordinate measuring method—CCD intersection measurement,is described in the paper.The principle of CCD intersection measurement is introduced and the coordinate calculating equation is derived.In order to obtain a higher captive efficiency,a scheme of the intersecting light target consisting of multiple CCDs is proposed,and the coordinate calculating equation is derived out with three charge coupled devices intersection.
