摘要
目的探讨乳酸杆菌在细菌性阴道病诊断中的作用。方法对细菌性阴道病和对照组(包括假丝酵母菌性阴道炎、老年性阴道炎和正常育龄妇女)两组,进行白带常规检查,观察乳酸杆菌的阳性率,分析乳酸杆菌在细菌性阴道病中的作用。结果300例细菌性阴道病患者中阴道乳酸杆菌55例,阳性率18.33%,pH值为5.2±0.68,1000例假丝酵母菌性阴道炎患者中阴道乳酸杆菌680例,阳性率68.00%,pH值为4.1±0.25,90例老年性阴道炎患者中阴道乳酸杆菌43例,pH值为4.2±0.59,阳性率47.78%,50例正常育龄妇女中阴道乳酸杆菌50例,阳性率100.00%,pH值为3.9±0.32。结论乳酸杆菌能提高细菌性阴道病诊断的准确性。
OBJECTIVE Explore the role of lactobacillus in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis. METHODS We had set up the experimental group （bacterial vaginosis group） and the control group （includes subgroup of candida vaginosis, subgroup of senile vaginosis and subgroup of normal reproduction age）. Routine examinations of leucorrheawere carned out to detect, lactobacillus and analyze the function of lactobacillus in the bacterial vaginoisis. RESULTS In the bacterial vaginosis group, 55 out of 300 cases have possessed lactobacillus, with a positive rate of 18. 33% and pH value of 5. 2± 0. 68. In the subgroup of candida vaginosis within the control group, 680 out of 1000 cases have possessed lactobacillus, with a positive rate of 68.00% control group, 43 out of 90 cases have possessed lactobacillus, with a positive rate of 47.78% and pH value of 4.2±0.59. In the subgroup of normal reproduction age within the control group, 50 cases have possessed lactobacillus, with a positive rate of 100.00% and pH value of 3.9±0.32. CONCLUSIONS Lactobacillus can enhance the accuracy in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis.
