摘要
目的:研究清风散对动物高尿酸血症的防治作用及可能的作用机制。方法:采用尿酸、酵母膏分别致动物高尿酸血症模型,测定小鼠、大鼠血清尿酸水平、尿量、尿液尿酸浓度、尿酸排泄量。结果:清风散浸膏16g.kg-1灌胃能够明显降低尿酸致高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸水平(P<0.01)。8g.kg-1、4g.kg-1灌胃能够明显降低酵母致高尿酸血症大鼠血清尿酸水平(P<0.01),大鼠尿量和24h尿酸排泄量明显增多(P<0.01),而尿尿酸浓度未见明显增加;结论:清风散有明显的抗高尿酸血症作用,其降尿酸作用可能与利尿作用或促进尿酸排泄作用有关。
Objective ： To explore the＇ effects and mechanisms of Qingfengsan on hyperuricemia on ani mal models. Methods： Mice were given uric acid i. p. or yeast extract paste i. g. to establish hyperuricemic model, uric acid levels in serum or urine, urine volume, uric acid excretion was detected. Results： Qingfengsan 16 g ·kg^-1 i. g. could significantly reduce the serum uric acid level in hyperuricemic mice （P 〈0. 01 ）. 8 g ·kg^-1and 4 g·kg^-1 i. g. could significantly reduce the serum uric acid level in hyperuricemic rat （P 〈0. 01）, to- gether with increasing urine volume and 24h uric acid excretion （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions ： Qingfengsan could obviously ameliorate symptoms of hyperuricemia, Mechanisms of its effects may consist in accelerating the uric acid excretion.
