摘要
目的采用紫外分光光度法测定老鹳草中总黄酮的含量,并比较回流、超声、渗漉三种方法。方法 uv-2501PC型紫外可见分光光度计,510 nm波长处测定吸光度。结果标准液在0.2~2μg/ml之间线性关系良好,其线性关系为A=0.2513C+0.08164,r=0.9990。结论方法稳定,结果准确、可靠,可用于老鹳草的质量控制。
Objective To determine the contents of flavonoids in Geranium wilfordii Maxim by UV af- ter three extraction methods. Methods The assay was performed by spectrophotometric method with a wave- length at 510 nm. Results The linear detection concentration range of total flavonoids was in the range of 0. 2 -2 μg/ml(r =0. 9990) ,and regression equation was A = 0. 2513C + 0. 08164 ,r =0. 9990. Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and stable and it can be used for the determination of total flavonoids in Geranium wilfordii Maxim.
