摘要
公安教育训练工作是公安队伍建设的一个重要组成部分。有针对性地搞好公安教育训练工作,提高公安民警的职业素质和业务能力,是公安机关不断探索和研究的问题。总结和分析当前公安教育训练工作的情况,有利于提升公安教育训练的效果,解决训练成果转化率低等问题。
The work of education and training for public security is one of the important parts of the construction of public security staff.It＇s the problem to be explored and studied continuously for public security organs to do the work of education and training well and therefore improve the professional quality and ability of police officer.It is benefit to promote the effect of the education and training and solve the problem of low rate of transformation of training achievement by summarizing and analyzing current situation of the education and training work of public security.
