摘要
法学类专业是应用性很强的专业。以往在培养法学类学生时普遍存在着重视专业知识讲授而轻视应用能力培养的问题,结果导致法学类学生就业率、薪酬、求职成本等问题比较突出。因此,各个法学类专业在制定培养方案时必须突出学生应用能力的内容,设置系统配套的课程,并切实抓好实施。
Law major is a subject with strong applicability.In the past,there is a common question when training students majoring in Law,that is,pay more attention on professional knowledge,in a contrary to ability training.As a result,the problems such as low employment,low wages even search costs became seriously.Therefore,the education plan in law major should bring out the content on students' ability training,meanwhile,setting correlative curriculum and make the plan work better.
