摘要
目的了解我院抗感染药物的用药情况,分析使用的特点和趋势,为抗感染药物的合理应用和科学管理提供依据。方法运用医院计算机网络管理系统收集我院2007年1月至2008年12月抗感染药物处方销售数据,进行分类、统计、分析。结果抗感染药物占全院药品销售总金额的比例为22.45%;较常应用的药物为青霉素类、头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类。结论2007-2008年我院抗感染药物应用基本合理,还需继续强化实行抗菌药物分级管理制度。
Objective To investigate the use of anti-infectives in our hospital and to analyze the features and tendency of this kind of drugs,so as to provide references for the rational use and scientific management of anti-infectives.Methods The consumption data of anti-infectives used in the dispensary of our hospital during Jan.2007 to Dec.2008 were retrieved using computer network management system,which were classified and analyzed statistically.Results Of the total consumption sum of drugs in our hospital,anti-infectives accounted for 22.45%.Penicillins,cephalosporins,quinolones and macrolides were the most commonly used anti-infectives.Conclusion The use of anti-infectives in our hospital in 2007-2008 was rational on the whole,yet it needs to be improved further that hierarchical system be carried out for the management of antibacterials.
