摘要
目的: 总结甘露醇的临床合理使用及其注意事项。方法: 对甘露醇的药理作用、应用原则、用药时机、用法用量、不良反应及其禁忌症进行综述,探讨甘露醇的临床合理使用。结果: 甘露醇的使用应注意个体化,用量仍然存在争议。结论: 临床在治疗急性脑血管疾病时要权衡利弊,合理使用甘露醇。
Objective： To summarize the clinical rational use of mannitol and its precautions. Method： The pharmacological effects of mannitol, application principles, medication timing, usage, dosage, side effects and contraindications were reviewed to explore the clinical rational use of mannitol. Results： Individualation of mannitol should be paid attention to, and its dosage is still in dispute. Conclusion.. Clinicians in the treatment of acute cerebral vascular diseases should weigh the advantages and disadvantages and use mannitol rationally.
