摘要
为探讨番泻叶联合甘露醇口服行肠道准备对多层螺旋CT肠道成像的影响,回顾分析于我院行多层螺旋CT检查的78例炎症性肠病患者资料,根据检查前肠道准备方法的不同分为观察组和对照组.2组患者检查前12 h均禁食.观察组检查前一日早餐和午餐后,均取番泻叶10 g,加开水500 mL浸泡30 min后滤液口服;晚餐后口服甘露醇500 mL,同时口服温水1 000 mL.对照组检查前12 h取番泻叶20 g,加开水500 mL浸泡30 min滤液口服,继续加开水500 mL浸泡滤液口服,最后口服温水1 000 mL.对比2组患者肠道清洁程度、CT成像质量、患者舒适度,以及不良反应发生情况.结果显示,观察组肠道清洁合格率、患者舒适度、CT成像质量均明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,P〈0.05.结果表明,番泻叶联合甘露醇用于多层螺旋CT检查前肠道准备,肠道清洁效果好,成像质量高,不良反应少,患者舒适度高,临床应用价值高.
In order to explore the influence of senna combined with Mannitol performing intestinal preparation on intestinal imaging of multislice spiral CT, 78 patients with inflammatory bowel disease underwent multislice spiral CT were analyzed retrospectively and divided into observation group and control group according to different intestinal preparation methods.Two groups of patients were fasted at 12 h before examination.The patients in observation group were taken 10 g of senna, added 500 mL of boiled water to soak for 30 min and filtrated oral administration after breakfast and lunch;oral administration of Mannitol 500 mL after dinner, while oral 1 000 mL of warm water.In the control group, 20 g of senna was taken at 12 h before the examination, 500 mL of boiled water was added to soak for 30 min and filtrated for oral administration, and 500 mL of boiled water was again added to soak and filtrated for oral administration;finally, drink warm water 1 000 mL.The patients′ intestinal cleaning degree, CT imaging quality, patient comfort, and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.As results, in the qualified rate of intestinal cleaning,patient comfort and CT imaging quality,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.In conclusion,the above-mentioned method used in observation group has good intestinal cleaning effect and high image quality , less adverse reactions, high comfort, high clinical value.
