奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙治疗局部进展期胃癌的临床研究 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙(FOLFOX)方案术前进行新辅助化疗对局部进展期胃癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法31例局部进展期胃癌(中晚期)胃癌患者行奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙方案的新辅助化疗,并观察临床症状、体征、病理变化和影像学变化。结果临床有效率80.6%,组织病理学有效率61.3%,影像学肿块有效缩小率74.2%,肿块R0切除率74.2%。结论奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙新辅助化疗方案耐受性好,能提高局部进展期胃癌的R0切除率,改善预后,提高肿瘤综合治疗效果,值得推广。
