摘要
以水电比例高达50%的广西电网为对象,提出了基于现代内点最优化理论的水火电力最优协调模型。把原先由人工完成的电网日调度计划,用模型进行描述和求解。在满足"三公调度"、"节能减排"和水火电力系统运行约束的同时,使指定的购电成本或发电成本目标函数得以优化,达到节能调度的目的。同时,系统对所需的各类调度数据进行统一集成,方便使用,大幅提高了调度计划制度的工作效率。
Based on modern interior point method,a model of optimal coordination between hydraulic and thermal powers is presented for Guangxi power grid,of which the hydraulic power resource is up to 50 %. The daily dispatch schedule,which was planned manually before,is now described and solved by the model. While the principle of "Sangong Scheduling" and "Energy Conservation & Emission Reduction" as well as the operating restraints of hydro-thermal power system are satisfied ,the objective function of power generation or purchase cost is optimized to realize energy-saving dispatch. Furthermore,different dispatch data needed by system are integrated to ease the application and enhance the working efficiency.
