摘要
针对淮南矿区开采条件复杂等特点,结合淮南矿区第1轮新井建设工程,总结了深部大型矿井建设关键技术,具体探讨了深井建设中矿井分区开拓优化设计,冻结、注浆、凿井"三同时"建井技术、特厚表土层冻结法凿井技术、井筒快速凿砌技术、井筒快速揭煤技术和巷道掘进与支护技术等问题,采用"综掘机+带式转载机+除尘通风机+储矸仓+扒矸机"的综掘作业线,集破、装、运和除尘机械化为一体,使炮掘最高月进尺达到270 m、岩巷综掘最高月进尺达到715 m、煤巷锚网索支护最高月进尺达到1 060 m。
According to the complexity and other features of the mining conditions in Huainan Mining Area and in combination with the first round new mine construction project of Huainan Mining Area, the paper summarized the key technologies to build the large coal mines and in detail discussed on the mine block development optimized design of the deep mine construction, the ground freezing, grouting and mine shaft sinking "three operations simultaneously" mine shaft construction technology, the mine freezing shaft sinking technology in ul- tra thick overburden, mine shaft rapid liner technology, mine shaft rapid seam opening technology, mine roadway heading and support technology and other problems. With the application of the mechanized excavation operation line with "the mine mechanized roadheader + the belt stage loader + the dust control fan + the coal rejects bunker + the scraper loader" and the integration of the blasting, loading, transportation and dust collector, the max month advanced rate of the mine roadway with the drilling and blasting method reached 270 m, the max month advanced rate of the mine rock roadway with the mechanized excavation reached 715 m and the max month advanced rate of the seam gateway with the bolt/steel mesh/anchor support reached 1 060 m.
