摘要
焦炉燃烧过程中火道温度为人工经验设定值,难以根据不同的工况进行实时调整,不能实现整个焦炉加热燃烧过程优化控制。本文基于案例推理技术,通过评价模型,结合专家系统在线修正目标火道温度设定值的优化设定方法,得到能耗最小,焦炭产量最大的目标火道温度优化设定值。试验及工业应用表明了方法的有效性,为后续焦炉优化控制系统奠定了良好的基础。
The values of flue temperature in coke oven heating process are set by experience,which are difficult to real-time adjustment and optimizing control.In the paper the optimization settings of flue temperature is get by combining of case-based reasoning(CBR),model of evaluation and expert system,and it can satisfy the energy minimum and the largest output of coke.The effectiveness of method is proved by experiment and industrial application,and provides a good foundation for optimal control system for coke oven.
