摘要
当前,我国农民政治参与虽然较之过去有了很大进步,但由于受到种种因素的制约和影响,其发展状况还不尽如人意。本文通过探讨与分析农民政治参与的制约因素,提出了有助于实现农民政治参与经常化、规范化、制度化的建议与对策。
At present, Chinese farmers＇ political participation has gained much more progress than before, but the development situation is not satisfactory due to restricts and influences of kinds of factors. This paper brings forth proposals and countermeasures to make farmers＇ participation regularized, normalized and systema- tized by probing into Chinese farmers＇ political participation.
