摘要
加强党的执政能力建设是世情、国情、党情对党的执政能力建设提出的迫切要求,执政能力的提高受执政方式、选人用人机制及执政资源等诸多因素的制约。要加强执政能力建设,必须不断推进党的领导方式和执政方式的改革,进一步深化干部人事制度改革,创新选人用人机制,着力维护好党的执政能力资源。
It is an urgent demand for the world,our country and our Party to enhance governing capability construction. The ruling way, choosing the person and using the person regulation, the ruling resources and so on restrain the governing capability from enhancing. Enhancing the governing capability construction must constantly propel the reform in the leading way and the ruling way, go a step further to reform the cadre personal affair regulation and create choosing person and using the person regulation,upholding the ruling resources well.
