The strain producing nitrile h tonamide. In the hydration of acrylonitrile to ac acid decreased obviously, and the conductivity ydratase was obtained through fermentation adding 1% crorylamide catalyzed by the screened strain, the production of arylic of reaction solution was controlled below 500μS·cm^-1.
