摘要
微生物法与化学催化法相比有许多优点,简述微生物法生产丙烯酰胺的国内外发展状况、微生物法生产丙烯酰胺及腈水合酶的研究进展。
In this paper, the development of production of acrylamide by microbial method, which is better than chemical catalyst method, were simply described. In the meanwhile, studies on production of acrylamide by microbial method and nitrile hydratase were briefed, and was put forward as well.
