摘要
随着高校扩招政策的施行,大学毕业生的数量逐年增加,就业形势日益严峻。大学生就业难已经成为一个不争的事实,毕业生要想找到一份理想合适的工作更是难上加难,面对巨大的就业压力,阐释存在的问题,探讨解决的途径,是应对和解决大学生就业问题的关键所在,也是社会、高校和大学生个人必须高度重视并积极应对的一个重要课题。
