摘要
高校扩招政策的产生有一定历史合理性，对高等教育和社会的发展带来了积极影响，但是近几年，高校扩招政策带来的问题越来越突出．其中教学质量问题显得尤为突出。本文着重分析了高校扩招以来产生的影响以及提出从提高教师队伍建设、控制规模、保障就业、加大教育投入几方面做出应对。
Colleges and Universities expansion policy of the rationality of a certain history of higher education and social development had a positive impact, but in recent years, the College Expansion policies increasingly prominent issue of teaching quality which is particularly prominent. This article focuses on expansion of the colleges and universities, as well as the impact has been made to improve the teaching profession from the building, the size of the control and protection of their employment, increase investment in education to deal with several aspects.
