摘要
有关经济法责任的研究,争论较多的一个问题是经济法责任的独立性问题。笔者认为,经济法责任应当是独立的,其责任主体、归责原则以及构成要件等都不同于其他部门法责任。经济法责任形式即与传统部门法责任形式相重合,又发展了独特的法律责任形式,因而在法律责任形式上呈现出多样性的特征。
In the study of responsibility of economic law, the most controversial issue is the independence of responsibility of economic law. The author thinks the responsibility of economic law should be independent and its responsibility subject, imputation principles and constitute elements are different from the responsibilities of other branch law. Responsibility form of economic law coincides with traditional responsibility form of branch law and develops special legal responsbility form. So it shows the characteristics of diversity.
