摘要
介绍了实用型专利制度的特点、作用,分析了实用型专利制度存在的问题,提出了完善我国实用型专利制度的对策及意义。
In this paper, the author introduced features and effect. The author also analyzed the problems of practical and new patent system and put forward countermeasures and significance of practical and new patent system in China.
