高速切削原理在普通数控铣床上的实际应用

摘要 高速切削加工技术近年来在我国机械加工方面得到了较快的发展,高速切削以其显著的优越性越来越多地得到数控加工人员的重视。也有人错误地认为,高速切削只能在加工中心上实现,本文作者通过对高速切削基本原理的阐述,并通过实例介绍,说明高速切削不仅可以用于加工中心上,同样也可用于普通的数控铣床上,同样可以达到提高加工效率、减小切削应力以及改善加工表面质量的目的。 Nowadays,high-speed cutting technology has experienced fast development in china,which attracts CNC processing operators attention more and more because of its excellent advantages. Some people think it for granted that highspeed cutting can only be realized in processing center. This article introduced the basic principle of high-speed cutting and explained the examples to indicate that high-speed cutting not only can be used in processing center,but also can be used in common CNC milling machine with the same purpose such as improving processing efficiency, decreasing cutting force and modifying the quality of processing surface.
