摘要
目的观察某校入学新生的心理健康状况,为学校开展心理健康教育,促进学生人格健康发展及学校管理工作提供科学依据。方法应用症状自评量表SCL-90问卷,对2244名新生进行调查,并将其心理健康各水平与全国常模进行对比。结果因子分≥2分的学生占总体的25.6%,因子分≥3分者有2.1%;因子分≥2分的学生主要问题是:强迫、抑郁、人际敏感、焦虑以及偏执等,因子分≥3分的学生主要问题是:抑郁、强迫、人际敏感、焦虑以及恐怖等;除躯体因素外,其余因素水平均高于全国常模且存在显著性差异(P<0.01);在心理健康水平的人际敏感、抑郁、恐怖因子上不同性别学生之间也存在显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论某校学生的心理健康水平整体状况不容乐观。关注学生心理健康,有针对性开展各种健康教育、辅导和咨询尤为迫切和必要。
Objective To observate the mental health of freshmen in a school, carry out mental health education for it,and try to promote healthy personality development of the students and supply a scientific management basis for a school. Methods 2244 medical school students were applied the Symptom Check List (SCL-90) questionnaire survey,then compared the level of their mental health with the national norm. Results It was found that factor scores ≥2 points of students accounted for 25.6% overall, factor score ≥ 3 points were 2.10%. the main issues in the students with factor scores≥ 2 points were compulsion, depression, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and paranoia, etc. That in the students with factor scores≥ 2 points were depression, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and terror, etc. All the factors were higher than the national norm and there was significant difference( P 〈0.05 or 0.01), except physical factor. There were significant difference among students of different gender by interpersonal sensitivi- ty,depression and phobic in the mental health level( P d0. 01). Conclusion It is not optimistic about the mental health level of the students in the school. It's particularly urgent and necessary to carry out a variety health education and counseling to the student's mental health.
