摘要
晶间腐蚀是奥氏体不锈钢制压力容器产生失效的主要原因之一,严重影响了容器的安全运行。本文阐述了奥氏体不锈钢产生晶间腐蚀的基本机理,并提出了四种预防不锈钢制压力容器产生晶间腐蚀的措施。
The intergranular corrosion was one of the most important reasons to lead austenitic stainless steel pressure vessels to failure, which seriously affected the safe operation of austenitic stainless steel pressure vessels. The fundamental mechanism of intergranular corrosion of austenitic stainless steel was elaborated, and four measures were put forward to prevent austenitie stainless steel pressure vessels from intergranular corrosion.
