10%氰氟草酯乳油的反相高效液相色谱测定 被引量:4

摘要 叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(238nm),测定10%氰氟草酯乳油的含量。结果表明:方法的标准偏差为0.065,变异系数为0.13%,平均回收率为99.43%,线性相关系数为0.9996。 A quantitative analytical method of 50% cyhalofop-butyl EC by RP-HPLC was described. Using methanol: water=60 : 40 (V/V) as mobile phase, using Kromasil C18 column at UV detector (238nm). The results showed that the standard deviation,the coefficient of variation,the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.065,0.13%,99.43% and 0.9996 respectively.
