摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(230nm)测定了70%嗪草酮可湿性粉剂的含量.结果表明:方法的标准偏差为0.072;变异系数为0.10%;平均回收率为99.90%,线性相关系数为0.999 5.
A quantitative analytical method of 70% Metribuzin WP by RP - HPLC was described, using methanol ： water = 70：30 （V/V） as mobile phase, using Kromasil C18 column at UV detector （ 230 nm）. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0. 072 ,0.10% ,99.90% and 0.999 5 respectively.
