摘要
根据提升管气固两相湍流流动模型和渣油催化裂化反应动力学集总模型,全面系统地考虑了气固两相之间复杂的流动、传热、传质以及各种操作因素对催化裂化提升管反应器内化学反应的影响,确立了kεkp流动物理模型和渣油回炼油反应集总模型,建立了渣油催化裂化提升管反应器三维气固两相流动、传热及反应模型,编制了大型模拟计算程序,并对工业提升管反应器进行了数值模拟计算。
Based on the models for three dimensional gas partical two phase turbulent flow and lumping kinetics of residuum catalytic cracking reactions, a k ε k p flow physical model and residuum recycled oil lumping kinetics model were developed by considering comprehensively the complex influence of two phase flow, heat transfer, mass transfer and various operation factors. The models of gas solid two phase flow, heat transfer and reaction in RFCC riser reactors were established, and a large numerical simulation computation program was drawn up. The numerical simulation for the commercial RFCC riser reactors was carried out, and detail information about the flow, heat transfer, mass transfer and reactions in the riser reactors has been obtained.
