准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术前后泪液中转化生长因子α的表达

Expression of transforming growth factor-α in tears before and after laser in situ keratomileusis

摘要 目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)前后患者泪液中转化生长因子α(transforming growth factor-α,TGF-α)的浓度变化及其对角膜创伤愈合的作用。方法LASIK术前及术后1、3、7、15 d,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测30例(60眼)患者泪液中TGF-α含量,对不同时间泪液中细胞因子平均浓度进行统计分析。结果LASIK术前及术后半个月随访期间,TGF-α在泪液中的浓度从术前(175.19±61.22)pg/mL升至术后7 d(243.27±75.51)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后15 d(191.63±20.51)pg/mL,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LASIK术后TGF-α表达比术前显著增加,促进角膜角膜细胞分裂、趋化及移行,有利于伤口愈合。 Objective To quantify the concentration of transforming growth factor-α (TGF-α) in tears before and after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) and to investigate the effect of TGF-α on wound healing of cornea. Methods LASIK was performed on 60 eyes of 30 patients , and the tears specimen was collected before LASIK and on day 1, 3, 7 and 15 after operation. The enzyme linked imunasorbent assay was used to quantitatively measure the concentration of cytokines in the tears. Results The expression of TGF-ct increased significantly from ( 175.19 ± 61.22) pg/mL preoperatively to ( 243.27 ± 75.51 ) pg/mL on day 7 after operation ( P 〈 0.05 ), while to ( 191.63 ± 20.51 ) pg/mL on day 15 after operation (P 〉 0. 05). Coneluslons The increased expression of TGF-α may accelerate wound healing by the stimulation of cell preliferation and migration. (Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2010,10:85-86)
