摘要
目的 探讨双J内支架引流管在上尿路手术中的适应症、放置方法、留置时间及并发症。方法对35例上尿路结石、肾输尿管发育异常患者，在上尿路开放手术中应用双J管作内支撑、引流，放置时间8天～4周。结果除1例持续漏尿，于术后8天提前拔除双J管外，其余病例无并发症发生。结论双J管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用，合理应用可减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To study the indications, method, leaving alone time and complications of double Jnternal support and drainage tube in the operation of upper urinary tract . Methods The double Jubes were used as internal support and drainage for 8days-4weeks in the operation of upper urinary tract in 35patients with upper urolithiasis,renal or ureter dysplasia.Results Except 1 patient continue to leak the urine and ahead of time to pulling out double Jtube after surgery 8th days.others non complications after operation.Conclusion The double Jtubes had the dual functions of internal stent and internal drainage. The reasonable application may reduce the complications.
