摘要
1990年4月～1995年12月采用双猪尾形输尿管保留导管（双J管）在内窥镜下置管治疗输尿管狭窄22例24侧，置管时间4周～1年。结果输尿管狭窄得到扩张，肾积水明显减少或消失。并就置管后上尿路的变化、置管适应证、并发症及置管时间进行了讨论，认为采用双J管逆行插置治疗输尿管狭窄具有无需手术、操作简便、引流效果好、并发症少等优点，便于推广使用。
From April 1990 to December 1995, 22 cases with urethrostenosis were treated,un der endoscopic guidance,with double J tube catheter indwelling. The duration of catheter indwelling lasted from 4 weeks to one year. The results showed that the constricted urethera dilated after treatment with obvious decrease or total disappearance of hydronephrosis. Effect of catheter in dwelling on upper urinary tract,its indications and complications,and duration of indwelling were discussed. It was concluded that the treatment of urethrostenosis by retrocatherization of double J tube, beside the avoidance of surgical intervention, was easy to per form and resulted in better drainage and less complications. It is convenient to popularize.
