摘要
以文化管理与制度管理互动耦合关系为基础,以和谐管理理论的基本原理为指导思想,以和谐管理机制中的基本操作方式和方法为工具支撑,通过分析株洲千金药业股份有限公司企业管理体系构建的过程,系统地考察该公司运用"企业文化诱导"的高层次演化和"制度理性设计"的职能优化及其管理机制互动耦合的协同增效等问题,探索一条基于和谐管理理论的和谐企业管理秩序的实现路径。
With the interactive coupling relationship of cultural management and system management as the basis, the basic principle of harmonious management theory as the guiding ideology and the basic operation ways and methods of harmonious management mechanism as supporting tools, an approach to harmonious enterprise management order based on harmonious management theory is explored through analyzing the construction process of enterprise management system of Zhuzhou Qianjin Pharmacy Co. , Ltd. and systematically investigating how the company applied high -level evolution with " enterprise culture induction", how it achieved optimization via "rational system design" and how it increased its efficiency by interacting coupling of management mechanism.
