摘要
目的考察综合干预措施对作者医院2007/2009年期间住院病人医嘱不合理用药的影响。方法分析医院利用合理用药监测系统(prescription automatic screening system,PASS)监控医嘱的情况,以黑灯警示医嘱数及其修改比例为指标,分析干预效果。结果通过监测基线数据,开展合理用药培训,定期通报监测结果,将PASS监测结果纳入医疗质量考评等措施,每年度黑灯警示医嘱数均较上年度有显著性减少。结论综合干预有助于提高医师重视PASS监测,减少黑灯警示医嘱数,防止发生用药差错。
Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive interventions on irrational utilization of drugs in medical orders of inpatients in 2007,2008 and 2009. Method Conditions of medical orders were monitored by using prescription automatic screening system （PASS）. Intervention effects were analyzed according to the number of medical orders with black-light warning and the correction ratio. Results By monitoring the baseline data,developing rationai admin istration training, reporting monitoring results regularly, involving PASS results into medical quality evaluation, the annual number of medical orders with black-light warning was decreased significantly compared with that in the last year. Conclusion The comprehensive interventions are helpful for medical staff to improve their attentions to PASS monitoring, to reduce number of medical orders with black-light warning and to prevent medication errors.
