摘要
经济适用房是以微弱利润向城镇中低收入家庭销售的保障性住房,近年来,各地经济适用房如雨后春笋般发展起来.以住房后转型期为背景,针对其经济、适用的基本特性,探讨了如何在保障性住房尤其是经济适用房在规划与建设中降低成本、节约能耗,进一步压缩房价与使用者的后期生活成本,真正建造中低收入者能支付的、安居乐业的舒适家园.
This article will take the post-transition of housing for background, and it discusses how to reduce costs, to save energy, further to reduce prices and the cost of living, discussions on the planning and construction of living houses especially affordable are held, in order to build an affordable and comfortable home for low-income people.
