摘要
目的了解2型糖尿病患者的心理问题与糖尿病代谢控制之间的关系。方法用90项症状清单及依从性问卷评定139例糖尿病患者。结果代谢控制好组轻度以上抑郁症状的发生率显著低于代谢控制差组;而两组之间其它精神症状的发生率无显著差异。结论抑郁症状与糖尿病代谢控制不良有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the psychological disturbance and metabolic control in the adults with type 2 diabetes. Methods 139 adults with type 2 diabetes were investigated with Symptom Checklist - 90 and consulting question- naires about compliance with medical treatment. Results the prevalence of depression in good metabolic control group was significantly lower than that in poor metabolic control group, and there was no significantly difference in the prevalence of other psychiatric symptoms between the two groups. Conclusions Depression is related to poor metabolic control.
