It is very important to build up sci-tech periodical brands.When building up sci-tech periodical brands,several relations must be handled well,including the relations between editor's duty and author's duty,the relations among editors,authors and readers;the relations between social effect and economic effect;the relations among periodical quantity;publication and advertisement;the relation between personnel training and management.
