摘要
目的:观察柔肝煎对脂肪肝大鼠的防治作用及其对生化的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(n=10),柔肝煎低剂量组(n=10),中剂量组(n=10),高剂量组(n=10)以及血脂康组(n=10)。空白对照组用普通饲料及普通水喂养;其他组用高脂饮食的方法建立大鼠脂肪肝模型。用光镜及电镜观察肝脏的形态学改变情况,采用全自动生化分析仪测定总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),总蛋白(TP),白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)及白蛋白/球蛋白(A/G)的含量。结果:与空白对照组的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、TP、ALB相比,模型对照组大鼠血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT、AST值均显著升高(P<0.01),HDL-C、TP、ALB值均显著降低(P<0.01);和模型对照组的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、TP、ALB相比,柔肝煎低、中、高剂量组及血脂康组TC、TG、LDL-C值均显著降低(TC:低、中、高剂量P<0.05,血脂康P<0.01;TG:低、中剂量组和血脂康组(P<0.05)。ALT、AST值与模型对照组相比无统计学差异,柔肝煎组与模型对照组相比,ALB值显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:柔肝煎能改善脂肪肝大鼠体内的脂质代谢,对脂肪肝有一定的防治作用。
Objectives：To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of a preparation of RouGanJian（RGJ）on fatty liver rats.Methods：Sixty sprague-dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups of blank control group（n=10）,model control group（n=10）,low,medium and high-dose RGJ group（n=10） and a XueZhiKang group（n=10）.The blank control group was given water and food.Other groups were fed with a high-fat diet to establish the fatty liver model.Plasma total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high-densitylipoproten-cholesterol（HDL-C）,low-densitylipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）,alanine arninotransferase（ALT）aspartate,aminotransferase（AST）,total protein（TP）,albumin（ALB）,globulin（GLo）,and albumin/globulin（A/G）were determined by an automatic biochemistry analyzer.Hematoxylin-eosin（HE）staining and electron microscopy were used to detect changes in the hepatic pathology of the fatty liver rats.Results：Compared with the blank control group,the level of TC,TG,LDL-C,ALT and AST in the model control group significantly increased（P0.01）;the level of HDL-C,TP and ALB in the model control group significantly decreased（P0.01）;Compared with the model group,the level of TC,TG and LDL-C in the RGJ low,middle and high groups and the XueZhiKang groupsignificantly decreased.Conclusions：RGJ can improve the metabolism of lipids,and it has preventive and therapeutic effects on fatty liver rats.
