摘要 为了提高磁悬浮轴承的性能,如何更高效、更实用的对其进行分析和设计,一直是很多学者的努力方向,为此,提出了一种COMSOL与iSIGHT软件相结合的方法。该文以8极径,向主动磁悬浮轴承为例,采用基于有限元法的COMSOL Multiphysics软件对其进行了仿真,建立起相应,的模型并得出该轴承的磁场分布,在此基础上整合多学科设计优化软件iSIGH,采用了,多岛遗传算法进一步对该模型进行优化设计,并实现了这一过程的自动化,最后得出指定约束条件下磁悬浮轴承的最优参数。结果表明,COMSOL与iSIGHT软件相结合来对磁悬浮轴承进行分析设计,是一个快捷、有效的方法,也为其他系统的仿真与优化提供了依据和参考,具有一定的现实意义。 In order to find an effective way to analyze radial active magnetic bearing (AMB), a new method is presented in this paper.As an example, an eight pole electromagnetic bearing is studied and analyzed. Based on finite element analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics,the simulation of AMB is studied while the suspending force of AMB is calculated,then the optimization process of AMB model is presented on the basis of iSIGHT together with COMSOL,during which the AMB model is called automatically by iSIGHT.Finally,the result shows that the combination of COMSOL Multiphysics and iSIGHT software is a convenient and effective method for the simulation and optimization of AMB system,which will be useful for the engineering application.
