摘要
目的:探讨超声对宫腔内残留物诊断的价值,以指导临床做出及时正确的处理。方法:我院对2040例人工流产术药物流产、早产和分娩一周后有少量阴道流血病例进行超声检查,经腹部观察宫腔内残留物情况并记录之,检查结果与临床清宫结果对照。结果:超声诊断符合率100%。结论:超声是诊断宫腔内残留物的主要手段,并可提供与其他宫腔内疾病鉴别,避免盲目给药或盲目清宫。
Objective To evaluate the ultrasound diagnosis of intrauterine residue value to guide clinical to make timely and correct treatment.Methods September 2005 -2008 years in August,cases to 2040 cases in our hospital ultrasonography,transabdominal intrauterine residues of observation and record of the check results with the results of clinical Qing control.Results The positive diagnostic rate of ultrasound was 100%.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of uterine cavity residues within the primary means of,and may provide links to other intrauterine disease identif ication,to avoid the blind or blind administration of the Qing.
