摘要
目的探讨经阴道超声检查诊断先天性子宫畸形的临床应用价值。方法2007年1月至2008年12月，对妇产科门诊2272例患者进行阴道超声扫查中诊断为先天性子宫畸形者进行追踪检查。结果发现先天性子宫畸形45例，其中纵隔子宫21例，双子宫15例，双角子宫8例，1例残角子宫。结论经阴道超声检查是诊断常见先天性子宫畸形首选方法之一，为临床诊断和决定治疗方式提供信息。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound examination for uterine malformation. Methods The clinical data of 2 272 patients with transvaginal ultrasound examination were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results among these cases, there were 45 patients with uterine abnormalities. Of them 21 had septate uterus, 15 had double uterus, 8 had bicornuate uterus, 1 had rudimentary, uterus. In addition, 19 had associated pregnancy, 5 were abortive. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound examination is the preferred method in diagnosing uterine abnormality and provide important information for clinical diagnose and therapy.
