摘要
为了能在本安防爆的环境下成功使用基金会现场总线技术,选择了现场总线安全栅。总线安全栅实现了分支为本安防爆,主干为增安防爆的网络结构。该结构提高了系统对现场设备的供电能力,增加了网段悬挂仪表设备的数量。结合基金会现场总线安全栅在巴基斯坦PARCO柴油加氢项目中的应用,介绍了现场总线的回路构成、工作方式、防爆方法及总线安全栅提高供电能力的应用。
Field barrier is selected to allow to use foundation fieldbus with the intrinsic explosion-proof. Network structure that branch is intrinsic, main pant is isolated explosion-proof is realized by field barrier. That structure can increase the power supply capacity to field equipments and increase the quantity of instrument equipment linking with network. Field bus network structure, work type, explosion proof method and the application of field barrier to increase power supply capacity are introduced based on the application of foundation fieldbus barrier in the Pakistan Parco gas oil hydrogenation project.
